Creating an account is optional. All games can be played offline without an account.

• Match metadata (game type, timestamps, player identifiers)
• Online presence status during active games

• Device identifiers for advertising

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your account
• Enable online multiplayer matches
• Display leaderboards and game statistics
• Enable the direct challenge feature
• Monitor app stability (crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics)

We use the following Google/Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication - for secure login/registration
• Firebase Realtime Database - for online multiplayer and leaderboards
• Firebase Crashlytics - for anonymous crash reporting to improve app stability

These services are operated by Google LLC and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Firebase servers located in the European Union (europe-west1). Data is transmitted securely using HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account Settings > Delete Account), which permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also request account deletion on the web at https://studio-196102812-74a62.web.app/delete-account.

7. Children's Privacy

OpenGames does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The app's games are suitable for all ages, and no account is required to play offline.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data - visible in-app (Account, Statistics)
• Delete your data - via Account Settings > Delete Account
• Rectify your data - change username or password in Account Settings
• Object to processing - by deleting your account or playing offline only

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
